Dr. Cole Streets founded Sports and Spine with his wife Erica in their hometown of Fort Myers, Florida. Cole received his Doctor of Chiropractic Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Daytona, Florida. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

At Sports and Spine, we offer the latest in x-ray diagnostic imaging, a high-frequency, digital system. The advantages of digital x-ray systems are many, both to the doctor and to the patient. Digital images allow for better diagnostic accuracy. When the x-ray appears on our screen, it can be manipulated in ways that the older images could not; we can change focus, magnify the image, and enhance it with differing contrast or densities.
At Sports and Spine we provide a unique recovery tool, the Marc Pro. The Marc Pro is an electrical muscle stimulation device (EMS device) that is used to improve your performance, speed up muscle recovery and provide pain relief between workouts. Due to a bad experience with a Chriopractor many years ago, I was reluctant to have my back worked on again. A coworker recommended Dr. Cole and spoke so highly of him. All I can say is Dr. Cole is amazing. He knew exactly what to do and healed my pain after one visit. Now, I see him for maintenance whenever I need it. I’ve moved away from Florida but I’ll still schedule an appointment to see him traveling from Michigan. Thank you Dr. Cole. See you soon.

I don't know how to begin saying how great Dr. Cole Streets is! I have been going to chiropractors since 3 years of age. He is by far the best chiropractor that I have been to, and I have been his patient for years now. I will never go to another chiropractor again. I first saw him at a time when my previous chiropractor could not help me with the intense pain I was having in my upper back and neck caused by severe muscle tension. My previous chiropractor and then, another chiropractor (who was also a functional medicine specialist) both told me that I needed to return to them every day for adjustments

I have had shoulder to elbow to wrist pain for 10 years. After years of MRIs, Scans, shots, PT...more treatments than I can say. I found Dr Cole. He used light chiropractic techniques with graston and laser. After about 8 sessions, I was 90% pain free. It’s been 8 months since my last visit and I’m still mostly paint free. Amazing. He also helped my husband who had incapacitating back issues. But that’s another story. I Highly recommend Dr. Cole!

Dr. Cole saved my life! I had a pinched nerve in my spine that limited my right arm mobility. I was in a lot of pain. I went to see Dr. Cole to fix it, we couldn't find the culprit right away. We even started talking about pain management. I was worried about my arm atrophying due to lack of movement. But Cole doesn't give up! He found the nerve and got it to release and relax. I am forever grateful, and continue to go to him to prevent any other injury.

In town from Texas for a baseball tourney and my son has had great pain through his hip.. they welcomed us.. and squeezed my son in their schedule on a Friday!! What a blessing!! My son walked out feeling much better and so confident and as a mom?? I left feeling so relieved to see a smile on my baby's face!!! Thank you so very much for helping us!
