I love the passion that gets put into the videos and photos! I can’t wait for my sons battle buddies photos to go up! I think so far that’s my favorite creation. Amazing videography and photography. They truly tell a story through their clear pictures getting closeup. Those at a distance are so clear and they capture life thru their lenses. So thankful for them! Without them we would not have insight into our loved ones.

As a parent of a Soldier in Training, I can't express the excitement of seeing your child in a picture. If gives you a sense of relief that they are fine. They are doing exactly what they should be. I do not recommend this company for your event. The photos from our Marine Corps Ball came out ok, a little dark, but the quality was fine. The people were polite. The photos were quite expensive.
The printed AND DIGITAL DOWNLOAD of our special event photos took over a month! Also, the only way to even get a download of the digital photos is in the mail with the printed photos, only from the company (www.EZreorder.com) that they apparently outsource their printing to. We couldn't believe that we couldn't even get the digital copies for a month!

I'm so disappointed with our photos that we received for our tee ball team. In our team photo one of our coaches was hidden behind another coach. The is how MVP photographers instructed them to stand. When we received the photo we addressed this to MVP Studios and have refused to fix the problem. They were delivered after Make Up Picture Day. I'm very disappointed because all our coaches are volunteers and I believe they deserve to have these memories which is what we hoped MVP would provide.

I received the worst customer service yesterday and dealt with the most unprofessional photographers ever. Definitely would not recommend!! Management on site was not helpful at all.

This owner keeps trying to harass everyone that posts a comment on here about his business. It is very bad service and obviously is only about the money and not customers. Poor management and was not even at the pictures to know why happened. If you care about customer service and a professional company DO NOT USE this company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask to see background checks on photographers !!!!!

What I witnessed yesterday from the mvp studios manager in charge yesterday at the Temecula softball Pictures was unreal. There was a coach and a team mom that were trying to get a different pose done during the team photos( something that the girls requested ) and the manger of MVP was so rude and disrespectful. I witnessed her pointing her finger in the moms face and cutting her off while she was speaking. She had no value to a customer and did not even attempt to make the customer happy. Her response and I quote to the mom when she asked for the owners name was " you can call if you want

Need to improve delivery system and coordination with external organization such as youth sports.
But all in all they offer a great product with high quality photos. They also give a digital copy for every picture!

Went to the Marine Corps ball this past October and took pictures. Ordered the basic package for $35. Apparently they wrong CVV code was ran and my card declined.. no one had contacted me and weeks went by. I finally called to see why I hadn't received my pictures yet. She explained to me what happened and I gave her the correct information, she said it would be handled. Well another few weeks went by and no pictures or call was received. I reached out to MVP and thankfully I was in contact with Heather this time around. Within a few hours of emailing back and forth she had fixed the issue

Very poor customer service. Told me I ordered a different package that was 25$ less than the package I ordered. Told me they had it marked on the paper and the owner counted the money herself then the owner started laughing at me! Lessen learned, always ask for a receipt!

MVP totally took care of the issue. I am so very pleased with their customer service.

Just want to say a big thank you to MVP!! We have used other companies in the past and MVP superseded our expectations. From beginning to end they have been most helpful and on top of their game. They traveled from Temecula to Rancho Cucamonga to Photograph and coordinate our UBS Basketball Program Picture Day. With over 250 kids and a whole lot of needs and questions, they were on time, calm and polite to everyone. We worked well with one another and the day went as smooth as it could have! We will definitely be using them again with our other Sports Programs! Thanks again MVP- you guys are incredible

Contacting customer service thru email was a little sketchy for me. I honestly didn't think I'd hear back but within 30 min I had a response. This was on a Wed at 5pm!! I'm so impressed with their willingness to help me. (Which is not their fault all) don't be hesitant to contact them with questions. They obviously have an awesome staff!

Im a total cry baby when it comes to pictures cause im a hair and make up artist and if those things dont look banging in the light I hate the picture. At first I had a problem and it was fixed right away. Ive never been so happy with a picture espescially because this is my last USMC ball with my husband. Thanks MVP studios and Heather~!
