This is a five star auto shop they are there to support any issues with your car and answer all of your questions. They are really busy, but will do excellent work on any issues pertaining to your vehicle. My 2008 pt cruiser runs like 2021 vehicle, thanks to all he work under the supervision of Alex has always been Great!

Auto Doctors did a great job on my elderly Mom's car. They quoted me a great price to complete 30,000 mile check up and did only the service that it needed after completing checklist; an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived to pick up car, they advised there was no charge. I am not sure if I mentioned to them when I requested quote, that my father had recently passed away. Their kindness and quality work is very much appreciated!

Ahh, Auto Doctors...I had an experience like no other.
While my experience happened in March of 2019, I have recently moved back to the Overland Park area and needed some work done on my 2006 Expedition. I used a shop right by Auto Doctors (see my reviews) that actually got the job done quickly efficiently and inexpensively....the FIRST TIME....all the things that my Auto Doctors experience WAS NOT!
The shop is right down the street from Auto Doctors so it reminded me of my nightmare experience with them.
March of 2019 I was driving down the street on 119th and Quivera and my car started shuddering

In all honesty the shop is super clean and super honest about what is going on. Alex is a very wise technician with a very honest way about him and you can tell the shop shares those values. My car was returned in the same cosmetic shape I left it but with all my repairs done to the letter. They only I will tell anyone whom is reading this is when you rent a car if you do save yourself some headaches and money and do the weekly rate and just return it early if you have to. It’s so much cheaper. But alas the shop is great and I will definitely be a repeat customer should I have issues again.

I would recommend Auto Doctors to anyone. They are open & honest about repairs that need done in a timely manner. Alex is a PRO at dealing with warranty companies. Jeff, the owner, checks in with you from time to time to make sure that you are completely satisfied with their work. This is the first company that I have completely trusted with my car maintenance.

So I went to the Honda Dealership to get an oil change yesterday. The man who checked me in said I would need an alignment because I tire a had issues. So I found this Groupon for a Tire aliment and an inspection. Well, after the mechanics looked at it, he said nothing was wrong with my car. Excellent customer service and honest people. Auto Doctors is a Five-star place!

I brought my car here because my belts snapped and was hoping they could help with that. They told me it was $1,500. They said the problem was me needing a radiator. I then towed it to MOLLE VOLKSWAGEN and they inspected everything and told me my radiator is 110% fine. I only got the belts fixed and paid $50.
2 weeks later and my car has had ZERO problems and has been running VERY smoothly. So glad I dodged, haha!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I had my vehicle towed in to their shop for service as it would not start. Turns out it needed about $1700.00 worth of work. When I picked up the vehicle I was assured it was completely fixed and that they had done an inspection and repaired everything that was wrong. About a week later my speedometer and tachometer started going haywire. The speedometer showed I was traveling at 40mph when I was parked! I called them back and brought my car in and paid $761 to have the issue repaired. I was told that they don't know why this issue had been missed

I have an Acura TL. I am very cost conscious along with looking for quality workmanship. After taking my car into the dealership, I called Auto Doctors and spoke with Alex. The work was performed to my satisfaction and the warranties that come with replacement part on certain services is excellent. Will go back to again in the future

I thought Customer Service was a thing of the past. I was tired of the Quick Lube options and an associate mentioned Auto Doctors around the corner. She was very impressed in one of her recent trips there for repairs. I took a chance and went there for an oil change and recommended maintenance one of those quick lube locations said I needed. They went out of their way to confirm I didn't actually need that. They have been incredible to work with each time I needed service and in my opinion have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. They are incredibly reasonable on their prices

I had a flapping sound coming from the front end of my truck. They charged me $300 for 2 separate diagnostic testings ( on two separate days) that covered taking the drive shaft off, checking the U-joints and brakes. and taking various other guesses as to what the issue was.
After being without a vehicle for 2 days and spending $300, they told me that they couldn't figure it out and that I needed to go to a dealership.

I came here for a simple oil change, and was very, very happy. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future.
The oil changes might be slightly on the expensive side - for my four-door sedan, it was about $38 with tax. BUT, you get the fourth or fifth oil change free (I forget which), which makes the price pretty reasonable.
The tech mentioned some additional things to keep an eye on, but never tried to oversell me on anything or say "this needs to get done right away" - simply a "keep an eye on it", or a "next time you get an oil change". I really appreciate

My wife's car had an electrical issue which caused the battery to go dead every other day. I took it in to THREE different auto shops before coming to the Auto Doctors. Two of the three said they couldn't find a problem and said nothing was wrong and that I must have left something turned on like the headlights, trunk or glovebox light. One of the other shops suggested over $1000.00 in various repairs which should remedy the situation.
