They got us in quickly. Everyone we met was fantastic. We are from out
of state, and I feel comfortable transferring our family's care to the practice.

The staff is so nice. They are thorough but respectful of your time. Dr McNiel found a number of issues that had been missed by my last dentist and helped me form a plan to resolve everything so I have a healthy set of teeth!

I felt so blessed today. My front tooth fell out last night at dinner, Ohmygoodness I’m thinking what am I gonna do ??well today I picked up the telephone book I got a hold of dentist I think Jesus I found this one you folks are the best the sweetest I will keep you for my dentist for the rest of my entire life the staff is outstanding the dentist herself I can tell I’m already gonna love her and Julie you rock thank you all so much anybody looking for a dentist I highly recommend

I have been having some dental and health issues and was on a search for a new dentist. I called my son and asked where his family was going for dental care. I called Dr. McNeil's office the very next day, and the next day they called and said they had a cancellation and could I come in. I found the entire staff to be friendly, professional and felt as if they were truly concerned about my overall health. I am so happy I found a place I can go and feel comfortable and know they will take good care of me. I actually look forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. McNiel and her wonderful staff. ðŸ

One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Every single person in the office is kind, professional and pleasant. Safety protocols were absolutely adhered to and even surpass most procedures I’ve seen at other medical offices. The assistant and doctor treating me we amazing, helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable. Also, the office is really lovely and inviting. For someone who has a low-key fear of dentistry, the staff, waiting room, exam rooms and communication, made me incredibly comfortable and feel as relaxed as I could be.

Dr. McNeil and her entire staff are so wonderful. She always takes the time to answer questions and discuss the best dental solutions. They always make sure you feel comfortable. Barb does an amazing job explaining charges and working with your insurance. Anush is very nice and does a great job gently cleaning my sensitive teeth. Beth is so warm and friendly. I’d highly recommend this office!

Since moving to East Lansing I needed to find a new dentist and I'm glad I found McNiel Family Dentistry. The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They were very upfront about the different procedures they offer and I didn't feel pressured at all. Highly recommended!

Dr. McNiel and her staff are kind, courteous, timely, and do excellent work. There is never a doubt in your mind that they have nothing but your best interest at heart. EXCELLENT office!
