We are located just past the railroad tracks and before 9th street on the east side of Central Ave. The day I started in the insurance industry, it just clicked. I loved meeting people, hearing their stories and helping them get the right coverage for their lives. That was almost 30 years ago, and I'm still working to help my customers understand what they need and provide excellent, hands-on service.
I became a State Farm Insurance Agent in 2002 and now serve my neighbors in Upland, CA and greater San Bernardino and Riverside Counties with all their insurance needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, business insurance, commercial insurance, financial services and more. From the first contact with this agency to present our company has received continued support. If I have a concern or query I have a response with in minutes. I was so hesitant to enroll for life insurance again after I found out my current policy at the time was TERRIBLE. Jose Velasquez was kind enough to sit and explain to me in detail the difference between that policy and State Farm’s policy. I am the type to ask 1000 Qs and Jose answered them all patiently and in a way that he knew I’d understand. I now not only have a policy through State Farm for myself, but also my partner & my 2 year old. I’m so grateful I came across such a genuine agent. Make sure to ask for JOSE!

I have been with State Farm sometime now. I’ve never been so happy with an insurance company!! They are responsive, helpful, and personal. The best part is I am always able to speak to the same agent! Melissa C. Is the BEST!! It has been easy to get insurance needs met whether I speak to her on the phone or we could speak through email.
