In 1955 the firm had its start when Jerry Westendorf started a practice in the Reibold Building in downtown Dayton. In 1970 they left the Reibold Building and moved to second floor of the Talbott Tower. To recognize the partners at the time, Jerry Westendorf, Eugene Mauch, Denny Ross, and Ed Westendorf, the firm became known as Westendorf, Mauch, Ross & Westendorf CPAs in 1982.
Sarah Webber (Westendorf) became partner in 2008, and John Krebs (also a Westendorf) became partner in 2012. The founding partners worked to build a reputation of diligence and integrity, and we strive to keep to that high standard. We are the longest tenured tenant in Talbott Tower.
