A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide counseling to adults, children, individuals, families and couples, but I like to think of my work as simply, "Shining a light into your life."
In my practice, I draw on over 3000 hours of counseling with individuals (adults, adolescents and children), couples and families to serve those in need of help with depression, anxiety, childhood abuse and neglect, grief and loss, and relationship issues.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Services
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am equipped with a variety of therapy models and strategies for helping individuals and families. Along with these "clinical" tools, I understand the power of providing an empathetic ear. With me, counseling is a collaborative process that involves building a confidential, unique relationship.
Counseling and therapy are the same thing - essentially they are forms of "talk therapy, " where we talk through challenges or issues facing individuals, children, adolescents, couples or families. To help you address your challenges and meet your goals, you must be honest and open. The counseling relationship works when we connect honestly and I can provide you with guidance and tools that help you to move forward.
