Brandon Tomlinson was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and lived there until he made his move to Clarksville, TN in the beginning of 2014. He is often asked what brought him to the area and his common answer is "I needed a change of scenery". He moved with no family in the area and had to begin his life from scratch.

Dover is a city in Stewart County, TN. 67 miles west-northwest of Nashville on the Cumberland River. An old national cemetery is in Dover. The population was 1,442 at the 2000 census and the 2010 census showed a population of 1,417. Fort Donelson, the site of a major Union victory in the Civil War, is located west of downtown Dover and located inside Dort Donelson National Battlefield Park.
