Business Manager: Kendra started her career in dentistry in 1999. Kendra has the ability to care for our patients needs in all facets of clinical and financial management. She has great knowledge of insurance companies and financial assistance plans. She works side by side with the doctors to maintain communication insuring that your treatment plan is desirable to your optimum health and dental needs.
We now offer new Cerec CAD/CAM technology that allows us to image and mill a crown in 1 day, or should i say 2:30 hours of your time. Not only are we making individual crowns with this technology, we are performing bridges in 1 day as well! This Cerec machine also allows us to make custom implant abutments.

Family Smile Dentistry is a network provider for most dental PPO insurance companies. We do not accept HMO's. As long as your insurance policy allows you to go to any office of your choice, we can file your insurance claim. You are responsible for your anticipated portion, such as deductible or co-pay, at the time of your appointment.
If you have an emergency after office hours and are a patient of record with either doctor, then please call our telephone number. You will get a recording and press the number 0. This will ring to the doctors cell phone and please leave a message with your full name and telephone number. This is only for true in pain dental emergencies.

After reading a great review of Dr Jarquin at Family Smile Dentistry on the River Landing Neighborhood website and checking Google reviews I decided to try this dental office. Kendra was very efficient helping me with the paper work and making my appt. The office staff was very helpful. I found Dr Jarquin to be kind , caring and very knowledgeable. She takes her time and listen to you. Thanks to all the people that posted all the reviews I was able to find a great dental office.

I had high hopes as usual. When I first called to make the appointment I explained I needed extra patients and times of a break. I was told by Renee that mental illness patients and dentist patients don’t belong in the same location. I should’ve known right there. But, I’ve come to learn that Florida has issues with actually caring for the entire person. I went in as an emergency visit. Got a treatment done I didn’t want. A week later I was in so much pain. I was taking some pain medication at the time. Now I don’t take anything because I hate it and this office uses it against people

My visit yesterday reminded me of how a professional office should be run. The hygienists are cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. All services are explained before they are performed, including the costs involved. No surprises. This is a group of individuals who take their jobs seriously and have their patients' best interests at heart. Over the long term, it is the patients' personal responsibility to follow-up and maintain proper care daily at home. "Thank you" Family Smile Dentistry for a very pleasant dentist visit. I was in need of a crown and assumed that it would be a very lengthy process. I was in and out of the office within 3 hours. Dr. Jarquin is the best and my new crown feels amazing. Never had to come back for any adjustments. The office is super clean and the staff is wonderful. Update: I am happy to say that the Dr. was willing to make things right and is replacing the original crown that was too small. I will say in hind-sight I should have talked to the doctor instead of the receptionist who was delivering the information from the office manager.
The office is state of the art and very nice to visit. I have had two crowns done there and two fillings. The doctors are both very nice. However, not happy with the work or the office staff.
Crown#1- was made two small and left a large gap. Their solution, re- do the older crown that had no issues and make that one larger

Exceptional dentistry 5 stars I’m currently writing this post from the dental chair waiting for the final portion of a crown replacement.
The one day crown is amazing as it eliminates the need for those bulky cement impressions, now done via computer software.

My dentist of seven years couldn’t get me in for three weeks for a tooth I chipped. That was more than enough for me to start searching for a new dentist.
