Rush Hal properties of Çonway Arkansas has Nice apartments and beautiful houses for rent. If your looking to move to Conway I highly recommend looking here first. They do more then try to make your life a little easier. When you rent from Rush Hal they are just a phone call away if something breaks down, All you have to do is call the office will send a mantance man to your house and fix it.

Wonderful company to work with. We had a lease at two different locations. Both times we got all our deposit back excluding the mandatory cleaning fee. Anytime we had an issue it was taken care of immediately. We had the ac go out at almost midnight one night. They had a repair man out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Rush Hal Properties.

I am actually bewteen a three and a four for them. When we lived there, they were really great about coming for calls for things like appliance repair etc etc but ignored calls with issues like smoke smell seeping into apartment from neighbors and excessively yappy little dogs. (This wasn't a picky thing but seriously annoying level) After we moved, we had the apartment cleaned and carpets cleaned because they said if you have it cleaned you get the cleaning deposit back. They waited a month to inspect it and then kept my deposit saying there was dust, and debris on the floor (that they tracked

After living with this company for 3 years ,I decided to purchase a home. 1 month after moving I received a letter from them stating that instead of receiving some of my security deposit back I owe them money. I was shocked when they told me I owed $285. They charged me $555 to paint, $30 for keys I turned in and $200 to clean. Beware and rent from this company at your own cost....

Rush Hal Properties is seriously one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I rented a duplex in Conway from them to live in while I was building a house. Every time I called with something that needed fixed they were there ASAP. Everything went smooth from move in to move out. I highly recommend Rush Hal if you are looking at renting a duplex or house.

Conway doesn't have a lot of rental homes available, but if you're looking for one you can't go wrong with Rush Hal. We rented from them for two years and the staff were attentive, caring, and offered an array of well-made and well-kept housing. Maintenance on the home was rarely an issue, but when needed Rush Hal's maintenance crew were timely and thorough. I highly recommend them. Make them your first stop when looking to rent in Conway.

Charged almost $400 dollars to replace blinds. Wish I would have ran up to Fred's and bought some for $5 but with all the stress of moving figured they could just take a few dollars out of deposit. Previous renters built large wooden storage box in the back. We were charged $150 for them to tear it down and haul away. These are terrible people looking to rob innocent families.

I rented a place from Rush-Hal for sixteen months. They were always really good about maintenance (the place was already in good shape when I moved so maintenance was never a problem). The apartment itself was in really good condition and very nice, and in a great neighborhood (wish i still lived in the neighborhood).
Something rare that they had was someone in charge at their office that could actually make decisions, alter contracts and generally get things done. I'm appreciative that they had this at their office. Normally, there are only hired office people around that can't make
