The photo (left) of me is pretty boring. I'd rather show a photo of me on my sailboat or in the dark at the edge of a canyon waiting on sunrise. But, it seems an image like this is expected. I've been taking photographs for almost 30 years. My Mom was an artist and my Dad an engineer so I grew up balancing technology and creativity in everything I did.
This has allowed me to use my camera equipment in interesting ways - giving me incredible images taken in thirty-eight countries, across six continents. My cameras and I have traveled from the southern tip of Tierra del Fuego to the oceans off Alaska. My boots are colored by the sands of Iraq, Egypt, Cameroon and Australia.

It is NO mystery that the margins on real estate sales are tight. So how can you justify spending money on a professional photographer for your listing images? Very simple: A buyer can page through thousands of homes and properties and you need to catch their eye. Draw them in- don't make them imagine what the property can be.
The work I've done with companies, magazines, documentary filmmakers, & others has allowed me to travel around the world. I've shot construction sites in Ireland & Poland, manufacturing plants throughout the US and Canada, even magazine covers out in the Atlantic Ocean. Whether it's photojournalism or just marketing/public image work, (and I DO know the difference!)
Not every property or project will benefit from aerial photography but others can't succeed without it. And I've done a lot of it. I've removed the pricing guide because homes and properties varied so much. I can tell you that most properties will be about $400 for photos and video, and the same for aerial. There is a discount for doing them both at the same time. So now, like below, please contact me for pricing. I have a collection of "Fine Art" to view but I can work on a specific project if you have an idea!
