Your credit report is a record of your credit activities, including home and auto loans, credit card accounts, and actions taken against you because of unpaid bills. Your report also contains identifying information about you, public records (like judgments or tax liens) and a credit rating based on your how much you have borrowed and how promptly you repay your debts.
Debt Collection Abuse is the use of unfair, harassing, or deceptive practices in collecting a consumer debt. If you owe a consumer debt and the lender believes that you are behind in your payments, chances are good that you will eventually be contacted (generally by telephone) by people trying to collect the debt.
Cell phones are inescapable in the modern world. Most of us have them with us at all times, always on. As convenient as they are for us, they are just as convenient a tool for Telemarketers, debt collectors and creditors to reach you anywhere, anytime. And of course, even if the "robo-caller" is dialing the wrong number, that does not mean it will stop.

I hired this firm when the BBB and Consumer Affairs exhausted their capacity to help. The car dealership in Lexington has ignored these governing bodies to solve a discrepancy on the sale of a truck. I highly recommend This Firm. Mr. Dave Maxfield himself represented me on this case with the car dealership. He was reluctant at first, because I signed “the contract”, but he felt for me after I have explained how I got to that point. I recently had a billing issue at Lexington Med Center for a bill that was already settled in 2017. I had read an article in the newspaper sometime ago about Mr. Maxfield taking on LMC billing practices with a class action lawsuit. I contacted his office and was promptly sent a prospective client form to fill out. While in the process of filling out the form, I was called by a supervisor from Receivable Solutions.
