Unique Railroad Contractors began over a quarter of a century ago offering railroad services by the late founders Douglas Krause and Bruce P. Krause. In 1983 two men with a dream of starting a private railroad construction company began with a tractor, a few sledge hammers, and whole lot of pride in their commitment to excellence.
With hard work and much sweat equity the company grew into what is now known as Krause Brother's Construction. In 2010 their brother Roger Krause, who has been a dedicated employee of the company since the beginning, began his endeavor as Chief Executive Officer.
