For the previous 10 years, I worked for some of the world's largest companies (Nestle, PepsiCo and Mars USA) taking on various leadership roles in supply chain, sales, and marketing. My last role was as a Chief Marketing Officer for a Miami-based digital agency, but while my job was rich in experience, it lacked the inspiration I craved.
