I found Genbuild from their ad in the Albuquerque Journal. I checked them on line and at that time, found no negative reviews. I asked for references and was given the addresses of two of their jobs by the owner, Miguel Garcia. I saw the jobs and all seemed ok. So on the 12th December, 2016, I signed a contract for the construction of my building. Fast forward to 3/31/2017: I have the shell of a building and a slab but no windows, no doors, no stucco. And Genbuild? They have disappeared with all but the final payment, which was due on completion.
