I wish I could give this 0 starts but thats unfortunately not an option. Peter McDonnell is the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to. I tried contacting him through email, I never got a response. I tried contacting him through his cellphone number and I even left a voicemail, I never got a response. I then called him throughout the week in hopes that he would do his job and pick up the phone but again no response. Purchased quite a few properties in the past year (2 properties through Sylvia Geist) and I must say: both times my realtors here were extremely dishonest. I can only say I warn you of Nazar Bas as he will pretend to truly accomodate you with and it will seem genuine. However, Mr Bas unfortunately only cares about making the sale. I would be very cautious dealing with the realtors as buying a home is a very tedious task; Mr Bas is not cut out to be dilligent in that process.

My family and I have used Cenia Beltre for several sales and purchases over the last 8 years. I never recommend anyone else. She handles each transaction with absolute professionalism.
