Horrible customer service. Appointment canceled due to an employee being out and was given the option to reschedule for two months later. This after already waiting six weeks for an appointment. The office manager also has an incredible rude and condescending tone when speaking with patients. Go somewhere else!

I’ve been going here for about 3-4 years, maybe more, and Dr. Christine is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had. her along with the rest of the staff are super sensitive to you and your requests, especially when you’re feeling nervous. I always express my nervousness and they’re always super careful and reassuring to make sure that my experience is going more than well. I no longer live in JC but I don’t mind commuting there - they’re absolutely worth it. thank you dental studio of JC! :)

Always a wonderful and pleasant experience. Staff are professional. The person who did my prophylaxis was an expert in her craft. She was great. I like the idea of choosing from different flavors of fluoride. Dr. Chung is an excellent dentist. She always takes time to meet the patients. If there are any concerns she would listen and is very attentive. She is personable and has a lovely personality.

I recently transitioned to Dental Studio of Jersey City and have been extremely satisfied being under the care of Dr. Roman. Everything is online and it’s easy to make an appointment and complete forms. All of my appointments have started on time and I’ve never had to wait. My first appointment was for a cleaning, which turned out to be the best of my life because my teeth were whiter than ever! I then had several old fillings replaced and that was easy and pain free. We took our 2 1/2 yr old son for his first cleaning! It went better than my husband and I could ever had imagined. He picked out which flavor fluoride he wanted on his teeth based on the picture chart of flavors on it.He held the fluoride himself while the dental hygienist cleaned his teeth! What toddler sits in a chair for cleaning let alone working inside of his mouth??Thank you so much Dr. Chung and Emmy! our son loves your office just like our 8 yr old daughter does! This proves first hand NO child has to be SCARED of the dentist if examined during early-childhood years!!
