I wanted to come review Mitch. Before I started my review I had to read the one stars (only 2). I actually got a kick out of both reviews. If your going to write a horrible review about Mitch and the insurance company Travelers, you could at least not misspell Travelers every singe time. Also if you had such a bad experience that name should be cemented in your head. With that being said - They sound nothing like Mitch or who he is as a person. Mitch has been great and we have been with him for over 7 years. Just recently I inquired to Mitch about a potential policy change. He was very responsive
