Founded in 1990, Promotional Photographers specializes in mobile family portrait studios. Our company makes its home within the greater Los Angeles area and over the years has expanded throughout California, Nevada and Arizona. Long-term business relationships have been established with several grocery store chains, retail stores and schools.
In 1998, Promotional Photographers entered into a licensing agreement and affiliation with Portraits International, who are nationally recognized with a worldwide presence. Then in 2007, our journey expanded to providing services at daycares and preschools, with a specialization in our antique style photography.

Services
Approach each and every customer who enters the store. Invite them to participate in our family portrait program by presenting the company sales pitch. Schedule as many customers as possible for an appointment with the photographer for the designated dates and times. Photographers are responsible for taking a professional portrait of every customer who pre-purchased a certificate entitling them to a portrait session.
Featured in our program is a beautiful 1013 wall portrait, selected from a variety of poses, special effects and backdrops. Our program is designed to enhance store traffic patterns and purchasing opportunities by bringing return customers to your store during each phase of the program. The first phase of this process begins on a Thursday and continues for approximately two weeks.

My family and I took pictures on 9/12/2021 went to get my pictures on 9/26/2021 and the pictures had a yellow line through all of them. Went back in and the lady told me that they will reprint them and it would take proximately 3 to 4 weeks it is now 1/10/2022 and no pictures. The lady also told me that the pictures would be mailed to me for free.… I paid $206.63 and $5.00 sitting fee and $14.95 appointment feeand only got the proofs and cd. I am still waiting on one promo picture six 8x10’s and six 5x7’s. I have been calling leaving messages when the message Machine

They need to give back my daughter her $14.00 because when she showed up for her pictures they were closed due to covid19 virus. She has been trying to get in touch with them but no answer or leave message. She leaves plenty of messages but no return call about the issue. So would help if you would refund her money or I will report to better business bureau. Hope you do right for you company. Thank you

We were not able to choose what pose we want for the print out photo of our members special at Sam’s club, at the time of pick up we wanted to purchase more for a future date since we didnt have enought money at the time, but they wouldn’t let us do that even if they would only trash the paper after.
