So I went in to get new tires and my brakes done. Steve called me to let me know that my barrens on the drive side were bad. He gave me a quote fixed all my issues and I got charged exactly what he told me I would. Now that I just moved here Steve will have my business for ever and I will brag and recommend him to EVERYONE.

Steve is an outstanding member of the community that is in constant action of doing kind things for Kenersville during the holidays and in his daily existence in humanity. His family has come to me in the service industry and I wanted to reciprocate the support and kindness that has been mirrored to me. I am sharing this because I have a father who is a Veterinarian. And as I watched my father go into tough moments of business in his career. The ethics of billing became a question in my mind. Let's just say his financial insecurity led him not to be so forthright with clientele. I feel auto mechanics

I *very* rarely write reviews. And was not asked to write this one. I bought a "junkyard" vehicle that seemed to be mechanically sound, and asked Steve to get it up to snuff. And essentially gave him free reign to just do whatever was needed. Steve could have taken advantage of this and made a bunch of unnecessary repairs or charged me for things that he didn't even do, but that's not he does business. I came out spending $1000 LESS than I expected to. And my vehicle is running smoothly! Want someone honest, who treats you like family (I'm not, and don't have any personal connections to the shop

Avoid this place. Told me that i can stop by there around 4:45 to put on 2 used tires. When i get there i ask them if they can put 2 extra tires. They told me that i can buy there used tires and go install it some where else or come back on Monday. I didnt even offer to install the 2 used tires that i was planning to buy from them. Waste my time.

Run. They like to charge you for work they don't do. I had a tune up done there and there did not replace all the spark plugs. After my automobile did not run correctly, I had it checked by someone else and discovered what had happened. I took it back and he charged me for a complete new set of spark plugs??? I did not know why, but he said it was because the factory spark plugs were harder to install. Again checked the spark plug replacement and they left one old one in. They fit the mold of all the rip off mechanics you read about. Again. find someone else!

I arrived at Steve's at opening hour, 7:30 am, where I was warmly greeted and swiftly taken care of. Steve recognized that I was on my way to work, and astutely asked when I needed to be there (8:30 am). Within thirty minutes I had two new tires and was ready to head to work. The cost was incredibly reasonable and the staff so friendly and knowledgeable, so much so that my husband and I will be coming to this shop for all of our automobile needs from here on out. After going elsewhere and being told it would cost me $500+ to fix my only 6 year old car so it would pass inspection, I thought I'd give Steve's a try. My car passed with no issues that needed to be fixed. As people came in, the staff were very honest of wait times and gave everyone a choice to come back w/o losing their place in line. The young lady at counter kept track of who was next, when they were coming back, etc and didn't try to cram all of us in at once making us all sit and wait until whenever. She also had no problem chatting with everyone and really making us feel welcome

My sister and I were on the start of a 10 hr road trip in a rental car when we the low pressure tire sensor went off. We stopped at two gas stations and the air pumps at both were broken! We noticed that the pressure indicator said the pressure was dropping so we yelped and found Steve's. They got the car right in and found a nail in it. They wereThey patched it and we were back in our way! Best $8.54 we ever spent!! Thank you Steve's!!

I totally recommend Steve's Automotive. I called late on a Friday afternoon with car trouble. He said he would try and work me in to come in an hour. He at first told me that he would only be able to diagnose the problem. Not only did he diagnose the problem, he fixed it. I was so grateful because I was leaving the next day out of town. Very nice people. Highly recommended!
