The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) permits the lawful change of an individual's immigration status while in the U.S. from temporary (nonimmigrant) to permanent (immigrant) if the individual was inspected and admitted into the United States and meets all the required qualifications for a green card, which officially grants a person lawful permanent residence.
Once you are the beneficiary of an approved immigrant petition and an immigrant visa number is immediately available to you, there are two ways to apply for lawful permanent resident status (a Green Card). If you are outside of the United States, you may apply at a U.S. Department of State consulate abroad for an immigrant visa in order to come to the United States and be admitted as a permanent resident.
After years of struggling to immigrate and being a lawful permanent resident, you will finally have the opportunity to obtain the rights of a United States citizen. Business visitor visas are issued to foreign nationals who enter the United States to engage in commercial transactions which do not involve gainful employment at your company. Naturalization process was very stressful for me. I passed civic, writing and reading tests, but the USCIS officer told me that I failed the "understanding English" test.
To tell the truth, my English is not perfect. Moreover, the officer spoke with me very fast and she began to get nervous because I asked her to speak slowly and use more simple words. So, when I failed my citizenship exam I was not happy, but I din't give up my dream of U.S. citizenship. I started looking for a professional lawyer for my second citizenship interview.
I personally believe that Gambini Law is undoubtedly the best

My husband recently had second interview for Naturalization and was approved. Before that he passed civic, writing and reading English test, but he was not able to control his excitement and failed N-400 questions. During his second interview, Ms. Gambini kept control of the questions that USCIS officer asked, and my husband answered all questions correctly.
