Design and construction services begin with an onsite consultation to identify unique site opportunities and constraints. Following the consultation we work with the homeowner to develop a plan illustrating a design solution and is presented to the client for review. Designs are specifically tailored to address each homeowner's unqiue needs and desires and created in unison with your homes architecture.
This Broad Ripple residence has a motivated homeowner that was focused on revitalizing her Craftsman style bungalow. After the exterior of the home had been remodeled, LandSmith tackled the landscape design. The wood timber driveway edging was replaced with a natural stone edging and the unfinished grade change off of the front walk was transformed into a stunning raised planting bed with natural stone retailing wall to match driveway edging.
