If it wasn't for the people I've dealt with over there I'd have given this 3 or 4 -stars, but the staff that I have communicated with have been very patient, courteous, and capable. I've encountered issues at times with prices being different on bills and some other weird changes, but Troy's team has been very helpful in getting any issues I had resolved according to expectations and held up their end and so have earned my business. For those looking for a place they can trust, this is one of them. Shout-out to Paola, Ivette, Reyna, and Erika; you all have been the best.

My wife an I have been with State Farm for many years. Our experience with Toy Manning and his office of employees have been great with high professionalism, respect, and knowledge. If a claim is filed and you have a doubt or questions regarding your claim Troy will be there to help and get the issue resolved like he did regarding our claim on our vehicle with the Claims Department. Troy looked into it and got the decision reversed fairly. Keep up the great work Troy and continue to fight for us and your customers!

I heard about this insurance office through a family member a few weeks ago. I needed a quote for homeowners insurance Ivett was able to help me with my quote.After comparing prices I've decided to go with Ivett not only because the prices she quoted are reasonable but because of the personal touch she added to the whole experience! Ask for Ivett, she is very thorough and explains everything with details and also looks at different options. Highly recommended!!!
