Sent my daughter in for an alignment. There was a minor misunderstanding that they went above and beyond to make right, at the cost to them and their shop. This place is amazing! We have used a few repair places in Angola that are pretty good, but Lonsbury is in a category of its own and has already won us over as loyal customers in just a few short visits. First off, they have a few loaners and it’s sometimes possible to get a loaner car while your car is in the shop. This is huge for us as we’re currently a one vehicle family. If you don’t need a loaner, they have a courtesy vehicle which can pick you up and drop you off! Once your vehicle is inspected, they actually send you pictures of any problem areas and whether they recommend waiting

I was having starting problems with my truck, and they did an alternator and battery test in it. The truck ended up starting up multiple times without having to go into depth. I don’t know what they did to it but it worked. They are also friendly, offered me a ride back to my dorm and to be picked up. They didn’t up charge me anything. Overall 10/10 experience.

First time I have ever had a mechanic tell me honestly what was wrong with my car and take pictures to show me the proof of the problems. And not pressure me to get the work done when I can't afford it. These guys are golden and I will continue to bring my car back here and recommend them highly.

I have gone to Lonsbury for multiple oil changes and a couple minor repairs. They have always been honest about their services and pricing. One of my favorite features is the report they give you after receiving a service. The online invoice has notes about the other systems that they checked and if they say something needs attention they upload a picture to show proof of their findings. They have always been honest with me and treated me with respect. I recommend them to any of friends who are in need of automotive services.

Superior customer service. Had a issue with oil leak. Lonsbury repaired and gave me warranty. Noticed more oil spots on my garage floor afterwards. Called and they got me in immediately to check.
Was told that they didn’t like the way the replacement oil pan looked and totally replaced oil pan and seal.
The second repair was covered under warranty at no additional cost to me.
Will continue to go to this shop for all my car care needs. Very honest people!!!

The staff was very nice and they completed the service in a timely manner. I was disappointed in that 2 days before I was quoted 79.99 for a wheel alignment and was charged 99.98 and shop supplies of 11.20 which I’m not sure what those were. I did forget my coupon and they gave me a discounted oil change for 39.95.

Lonsbury has a good group of people, always pleasant and willing to answer any questions! The only problem I have is I took my truck in to get fixed and left with 2 more problems, not necessarily saying they did something wrong but I'm not sure of I will take it back to them or not. Also they charged me $120 to cut a wire that I could have cut myself! Haha

I’ve taken my car here on two separate occasions, and have had good experiences both times! It is nice that they text you as soon as your car is done, so you’re not waiting around wondering. The staff even follows up several days after your service to make sure their work was up to your standards, and everything is running smoothly. I would highly suggest!! Nice staff and good work!!
