I really HATE to do this and will amend this review if anything changes for the better. I bought the Groupon for 3 treatments before COVID. I was able to do 2 of them, they were great, Tracy was great, and things were smooth. I reached out again on May 29 after some dust had settled, and it appears they had disabled the Groupon appointment item. I reached out via phone and email multiple times. I even bumped into Tracy in person once at Target and she invited me to make an appointment. However, I've reached out about 1-2x each month from May, June, July, and now it's August. My voicemails

Had 360lipo & BbL. I was having trouble finding a place to do lymphatic massages -post lipo massages and one night I found Relinquish and I’m so grateful!!! Sheri is so knowledgeable and adjusts treatment based on your needs. My recovery would not be going as well as it is if it weren’t for her.

Found this gem through a microdermabrasion special and also booked a massage. I will never go anywhere else in Atlanta again! The facials are relaxing and effective - I immediately saw positive changes in my skin and the massage was absolutely the best! This place is a perfect mixture of kindness and customer service with holistic knowledge and practice!

First time at relinquish spa and it was a wonderful experience. The young lady greeted me warmly, and I was immediately seen ( I made an appointment ahead of time). She took her time explaining the procedure (micro derm abrasion) to me, showing me the machince/wand before starting. She asked about my daily face care and suggested some great things to improve my own face care. After the procedure I was not rushed out, but was also given specific care for my skin and what was expected after the treatment. I enjoyed this experience completely and already made my next appointment

I purchased a 10 ultrasound cavitation treatments deal through Groupon and was glad I picked Relinquish Spa. Making appointments was easy. They answer your calls or will get back to you that same afternoon or next day.
I've just completed my treatment course with Tracy and couldn't be happier with the results. You definitely do have to combine your treatments with hydration and exercise. As someone who exercises regularly already, my lower stomach has always been a small trouble area for me and I can definitely say my treatments helped tighten up this area for me.

I have been coming to Tracy Dunn for the last couple of years at Relinquish Spa. Not only is she so sweet , but she takes the time to get to know you personally . She's very considerate when it comes to what your wants and needs are for your face and body. I 1000% would refer her and this company for any of their services . I've done almost all of them and see amazing results so I keep going back. The microdermabrasions facials are awesome and the cavaitions you’ll see great results .

My name is Nicole and i have been seeing Tracy for a while now and absolutely love this place! I am always greeted warmly when i come in and some days she will even stay a little late for me because my work hours are nuts! When i leave me skin is super clean and i am well taking care of i just couldn't imagine or grasp anyone having anything negative to say about this place but i guess some people just can't be please no matter how awesome the service maybe but i will always be a client and plan on coming to this spa for regular microdermabrasions and chemical peels!!!

Tracey was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time getting a microdermabrasion and she made me feel real comfortable. The experience was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It burned a little after that day but the next day I definitely see a difference in my complexion. I've already scheduled my 2nd appointment. Definitely recommend Relinquishing Spa.

I arrived for a dermabrasion: comfortable location to get to. I entered and immediately felt relaxed. Was created promptly and shown the room. Service was enjoyable and relaxing and as best I as I am aware, thorough. I did not feel rushed or that the service was rushed. I am glad to give a recommendation.

The building where the spa is located is a very plain office building from the outside but once you enter the spa, you are immediately transported to a quiet and tranquil environment. Everything from the furniture and furnishings, piped-in music and aromatherapy create a place of peace and relaxation. Tracy took me exactly at my appointment time and she was superb! She explained step-by-step what she was doing and why, and gave me a massage that relaxed me so much that I fell asleep and was awaken only by my own snore! Went there on a Groupon for 10 sessions of lipo cavitation. I had 7 of lipo cavitation and 2 of the laser lipo. The staff was amazing but however I Saw no results. I also had a laser body wrap in the blanket and saw no visible change. I Have had lipo cavitation and laser lipo in other spas and the cavitation roller and pads became hot and afterwards I could visibly see a difference. Here I was told that I would feel sore. I felt nothing. I switched from the cavitation to the laser lipo and that machine was equally ineffective. I think the machine needs updating or replaced. I think the staff

I went in for a peel. Whatever I got done was not a peel. This did absolutely nothing and honestly I was appalled at what I saw when it was all finished. The products used were your basic over the counter stuff from wal-mart. When I go to a "spa" for any treatment, I expect to have a PROFESSIONAL service with PROFESSIONAL products. Seeing the "Equate" (WALMART BRAND) & "Loreal" products really just pissed me off. I could have done a better job at home. This is the "piggly wiggly" of spas. I would NEVER recommend this place for any "spa"

It was ok. It was my first time trying the lipo cavitation. I do feel some tingling where the treatment was administered so I'll keep you posted on my results. All in all the service was good. The facility was a little small but quiet and peaceful. The relaxing music did put me at ease. The staff was nice. I do wish she explained more about the procedure (what it actually does, diet, results, etc) besides me googling it but she did advise me to drink about 2 liters of water a day and no caffeine to get better results. I finally complained and got some appointments, but not enough to use the whole package before I left Atlanta. I liked the technicians, though I saw zero results from the lipo cavitation I had done. Not sure if I would come back and see them again. Also, housed in a crappy looking office building...

So, I cancelled the Groupon purchase. It appears that they are not making any effort to honor their commitment to easy appointments. It makes me wonder if they are over committing about their services and the results they promise.

OMG! do not waste your time or money. Getting an appointment is ridiculous! The owner is clearly trying to get quick cash with the groupon specials without being able to keep up with the demand. If you call, you will NEVER speak with a live person. Your appointments will be spread so far apart that it is counter productive! and the 'spa' is stinky!

Went to this Spa because of a Groupon, and you get treated like trash. Long wait, no explanation of treatment you are getting, thank goodness for google, treatment supposed to be for 30 minutes, was rfushed in for 15 minutes, goop put on area to be treated, and goop left on you and your clothes when you leave. Spa suppose to be for relaxation, this place makes you so tense, you never want to go back and I didn't and forfeited the remainder of my Groupon. Waiting for an hour is totally unacceptable. The owner needs to go visit some real spas, as I have in the past. Groupon was not a deal

I'm a college student at Georgia Tech, and the stress can take a huge toll on my body. I've done quite a bit of massage therapy before as well as energy work, but not on a frequent basis.
