The peer review program, conducted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is a periodic outside review, performed by another accounting firm, of a firm's quality control system in accounting and auditing. The program was instituted to promote these effective systems for certified public accounting firms.

Had my taxes done here as a new business owner and was told I would receive help with quickbooks. I had a budget of $500 set aside, which according to multiple businesses operating on my level (single member LLC) was high for the work I needed done. I did as much as possible on my end to ease the process and came out with a $500.00 invoice, the top end of my budget. I received no help with quickbooks, and the staff was completely unorganized. I also tried following up a month ago with the office, since they have all my information, to see if my business was on track for the year, and still have
