Delt with Gator levens on a house in Fargo was approved through bank called him on Thursday sent pre approval to start contract for House he underhanded on the deal never started the contract never contacted me finally get ahold of him on wensday he says he had a cash offer on Tuesday and bank sent pre Approval to him before offer on Tuesday he was notified on Thursday Dec 16th 2021 about approval a man is only as good as his word in my opinion he’s ain’t worth a damm as a man In my book definitely wouldn’t have some one like this working for me

Poor service!!!!! Called to get information on property. We waited two days . called on Monday. He did not even know who we were. , he asked to be reminded. He acted like it was his day on job. He took the information, he then got back to us. The property we were interested in was sold. Had he gotten back to us we would had made an offer the day we called. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. Gator poor poor job. You are not on our list of people that we would want represent us.
