Our Zen Express Facial is the perfect facial for those with little time to spare. This facial includes a skin analysis, along with a professional double cleanse exfoliation, masque, and hydration. I went in for a massage today and unfortunately I was already 10 minutes into my massage when I realized the masseuse was very sick. She sneezed multiple times, kept coughing, clearing her throat, and sniffling through the hour long massage. Keep in mind we are in tight quarters and having someone rub you with the hand they just sneezed into is anything but pleasant. The massage was also ended 10 minutes early after starting about 5 late. Super disappointed and really hoping I don’t get sick and especially that it isn’t COVID :(

Got a call cancelling my appointment 4 hours before the scheduled massage. This also happened to my friend at this same location, and after reading other reviews, this seems like common practice. Sounds like an unreliable place and with how hard it is to get appointments for massages these days, I'd recommend booking somewhere else that doesn't cancel the day of.

Terrible service and dirty defective equipment!! I was a first time customer and booked a same day apt. When I went into the massage room, the therapist wasn’t friendly, and didn’t ask any questions about what I was looking for. I had to start the conversation. Upon getting onto the table, the sheets were very oily/dirty looking. I overlooked this, but once I laid down on the table, it was very uncomfortable. I had a hard piece on wood/board type feeling across my chest bone. I asked the therapist if I could be adjusted, and the only she offered was that no one else complained. I had to ask

I called and left a message with was returned within hours. They were able to schedule me the same day as my call. Easy parking, check-in and super friendly. Deep tissue massage was fantastic at a very reasonable price. The therapist did a fantastic job. I will be back! 5-star!

Room was standard, clean. Massage was okay.
Mainly giving 3 stars because I paid for a 90 minute massage. I arrived ahead of time to complete paperwork as instructed. After massage, when I was told time was up, checked my phone and it was at least 10 minutes short of the time I paid for.
I am seeing now in other reviews that others have had this same experience.
