The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience. Dr. Barbara Preussner is a 1988 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She established her private practice in 1990 and has been practicing in Holliston, MA since 1991.
It includes descriptions of our office location, including a map and directions, hours, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing policies. In our office we accept and process most dental plans. We do this to offer our services to as many people as possible. My young son broke 1/2 of his adult front tooth and although the office was closed Dr. Preussner saw him and was able to repair it with no tears! She & her staff were so accommodating & even though they had already cleaned and sanitized the office & dental area made us feel welcome & at ease. I switched from a longtime dentist to Dr. Preussner after some concerns about a REALLY bad tooth! I was greeted kindly and supportively on arrival by everyone! I was completely terrified about what was going to happen and did not know the extent of what the problem was with the tooth other than a cavity. Dr. Preussner and her assistant were amazing! They went to work and figured out what the problem was. The BEST dental experience of my life! I was early, and they were prepared to take me right away! I’m not sure if it was because I was a new patient or because the hygienist was busy with another patient, but Dr. Preussner did my whole appointment herself! She was thorough and personable. And Kathy, the receptionist, was SO kind! I wasn’t aware that they saw children and after my great visit, I’m switching my daughter to Dr. Preussner!

First time patient there and the experience was amazing!! The hygienist was thorough and gentle and also fun! Dr. P was also extremely thorough and helped to solve some of my immediate issues! The most incredible, thorough and comprehensive dental exam I have ever had in my life! I highly recommend Dr. Preussner to everyone. She pays attention to detail, educates herself and is always innovative when it comes to dentistry, cancer screening of the mouth, charting and measuring the depth of pockets. I was just blown away. I almost fell asleep for my cleaning, Angela was extremely thorough and wonderful!

I left this practice mostly because of the way they treat the patients as a commodity on which to prey. The dentistry was fine, but they were always trying to sell me something or add in an additional charge. I even got a call at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning asking about an overdue bill....for $3.00--yes, three dollars---and I came in every 3 months paid for cleanings out of pocket every other visit that my insurance wouldn't so I could keep ahead of periodontal issues! Come on!!! When I questioned the billing person and threatened switching dentists as this wasn't the first ridiculous
