Horrible managment. They care more about business value than prioritizing paitient's well being. I tried to schedule for appointment over the phone and the receptionist didnt even tell me i have to pay cancellation fee before actually making appt. I even got confirmation email after making appt on the phone but when i got to the office they didnt even put my name on the schedule. I had to drive all the way back to home without seeing a therapist. Im never coming back to this place again.
