Terry D. Beall is a dedicated Wichita trial attorney who has been helping clients with matters involving family law, criminal defense, probate, and bankruptcy for the last 20+ years. He started his career at Wichita State University, where he received his bachelor's degree in Psychology. He went on to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor.

Mr. Mitchell was my attorney and represented my case very well!!! He and his assistant helped me every step and was always easy to get ahold of and responded in a well and timely manner via email telephone or even fax which made it easier to get my information to them as well!!!
I had been battling an ongoing custody case for 8 years and had hired 2 other lawyers throughout the years….Well like they say 3rd time was a charm and with the help of Mr.Mitchell we were able to close the case and I received sole full custody of my little girl!!!!

I hired Terry for my divorce and I feel like he worked hard for me in court. He seemed like he really cared about getting what was in the best interest of my children and I. They have very friendly staff and they’d always get back to me in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Man Terry called me almost three months after I called him and left a message for him about my license.. Talking about my stuff like he was on it.. I had already did it myself.. I like his assistant! But Terry is horrible.. He didn't even know who I was when we went to court.. Saying my name looking around.. Maybe if I could of got a hold of him. He would've known who I was.. Money vacuums cleaner .. I wanted my money back... Representing myself...Miss me with this bull ya'll talking...Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy...Sorry but true...Get it together sir... Mad they didn't have a 0 rating

As someone who has worked in the legal industry, I can say without question that the attorneys (and the ENTIRE team) at Beall and Mitchell are committed to getting the best possible outcome for their clients. I’ve never seen a Family Law Practice in Kansas, or anywhere else that is so well managed, and focused on providing a great client experience as the people in this firm.
