Dr. Sarah Zindt is the daughter of Drs. William and Penelope Zindt and is thrilled to be continuing the family legacy of being a 3rd generation chiropractor. Besides her love of chiropractic Dr. Sarah is also an avid reader, and enjoys exploring the Northwest through running and hiking. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
New patient paperwork may be printed and filled out prior to your appointment. We ask our new patients to arrive 15 minutes early to their appointment in order to complete additional paperwork that our staff will provide you with. Please plan for 45-60 minutes in our office for the first visit. Once the paperwork has been completed you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health conditions, concerns, and health history.
Zindt Chiropractic Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and has thus maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Most insurance policies cover chiropractic care. Our intent is to simplify the insurance billing process. We will gladly verify your benefits and coverage from your insurance company.
Most people who come to our chiropractic office seek relief from an ache or pain. Our main goal at first is to reduce your symptoms. We create a care plan specifically designed to give you the best results in the shortest amount of time. During this period of intensive care, visits for chiropractic adjustments are frequent, with each visit building on the one before to achieve optimal results, including relief from pain.

I was in a horrible car accident nearly five years ago and have dealt with limited mobility in my neck, accompanied by constant pain and frequent migraines. On my first visit to Zindt Chiropractic Center, I participated in a range of motion exam before treatment, as usual I was unable to look over either shoulder. After my FIRST treatment, another range of motion test was conducted and I was turned my head expecting some improvement. I was elated and shocked to discover I could now look over my shoulder almost as far as pre-accident ability. I turned back with disbelief searching the Chiropractor

I had severe neck pain and had very limited mobility in my neck. My wife was able to get me an appointment the same day with Dr Sarah. Cheryl called and confirmed my afternoon appointment and set me up with the paperwork need for my first appointment. I saw Dr Sarah that afternoon and my tests showed 10 percent mobility moving be head left and right, she took her time to try and relieve my pain. She came up with a plan and within two weeks I am back to normal activity and could not be happier. I am down to one visit a week to make sure recovery is going well. I highly recommend Dr Sarah and

I was in too much pain with my back, trying to reach out to doctors, chiropractors and who not. I wanted an appointment asap as the pain was terrible. Nobody could take me but I remember calling Zindt Chiropractic clinic ( I simply found them on Yelp) and Cheryl somehow took all my information and gave me an appointment for next day which was the earliest.
My first time here was super easy, they made me fill out forms and told me about my copay and I went in to meet Sarah. She did some mobility tests and x-rays to correctly diagnose the issue and we immediately started with the treatment. She

I started going to Dr Penny for migraines that I was getting a few times a week. After the first appt I had less migraines and within a month almost none! When she retired I started seeing Dr. Sarah and she has helped me through a car accident, migraines, low back issues and now pregnancy. She is amazing and pretty much treats my whole family, I refer everyone and anyone to her because of how much she has helped my back heal and keep my migraines at bay!

Dr. John has been the family chiropractor for over thirty years. I started seeing him a couple of years ago when I developed lower back problems. After three visits I felt like a new person! I've never had trouble getting an appointment, and they are great about getting people in quickly if they are in pain. Front desk reception is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

In my last trimester of my pregnancy, my back began aching. First as I walked my dog I was forced to stop every quarter mile or so and stretch out my back and as I progress closer to my due date it became extremely uncomfortable. I finally broke down and saw Dr. Penny. After only three back to back appointments (thank you for fitting me in so quickly!) I stopped feeling like an 80 year old woman and back to feeling like a normal (although pregnant) 30-something woman! I wish I would have gone earliery and more reguarly during my 1st and 2nd trimesters. I would recommend all you pregnant ladies
