I cannot say enough good things about this group! Mr. Ali has figured our taxes for several years and we are more than happy with their work. The entire office staff and Mr. Ali are very cordial, professional and prompt in helping us navigate our tax returns. AA CPA did some special work for me. I had tired and exhausted my efforts to fix a problem with the IRS but they were able to to get to the root of the problem and fix it! The result was years of back money paid out to me from the IRS. The fees I was charged by AA CPA we’re very reasonable. I highly recommend them for basic tax filing to the more challenging advanced tax/financial work.

Arif has done excellent work in preparing our business and personal taxes for the past 4 years. We could not ask for better customer service! Arif and his team make the federal tax process seamless. I have worked with Arif for four years. This man has a heart for taxpayers. He cares and is conscientious. He does not leave clients hanging but always returns calls or fulfills promises to clients, when he commits his time and resources to them.

After reading great reviews we were excited to get in touch with Mr. Ragsdale and start working together so we could file taxes for our young company which is rapidly growing since airing on Shark Tank. Left a voice mail and never got a response. Reached out via Yelp and never got a response. Called two weeks later and his secretary said Mr. Ragsdale is no longer taking on clients so she said another firm member would call back. A guy called back and a minute after I started discussing our scenario he said he had a conference call that he had to attend and got off the phone. If they are this difficult

Let me first say that you can't go wrong with this tax office! Everyone that I encountered while working on my taxes were amazingly pleasant & Mr. Arif Ali was incredible to work with! I would not recommend using Arif Ali. There are so many CPAs in Austin i know you can find better. He was very expensive & didn't really give me helpful advice. He asked too many unrelated questions. I know this because ive seen two different CPAs, and they didnt. My advice is get a second opinion, it helped me.

I feel terrible that those of you reading may not be able to get in with Scott, as he often has to turn down clients, because he is seriously terrific.
Call early and try to get in next year. He is calm, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He got me out of a tax jam when my divorce went awry and I had to figure out -- in a big hurry -- how to pay money without penalties.

We saw the great reviews on Yelp, so my husband and I decided to contact Mr. Ragsdale to help us file our 2012 tax return. We usually do our taxes ourselves, but things got a little busy and complicated for us in 2012, so we wanted to go with a CPA this go around.
Mr. Ragsdale kept us in the loop every step of the way and we feel that the process could not have been easier. He'll be our go-to tax consultant in the future!
