A hobby photographer since the 80s, I was appointed my youngest child's marching band photographer in 2017. I captured their tireless training, competitions, and road trips. It brought me joy to catch their looks of pride, bewilderment, concentration, or silliness. Then, knowing I wouldn't empty-nest well after she left for college I've make W&C my new baby.
In my heart and lens every person is beautiful. I pride myself on catching natural smiles, spirit, emotions, and laughter. My most frequently heard post-session comments are, "So much more fun than I thought it would be." and "I can't believe how comfortable I felt." This holds true for for all my sessions, even corporate headshots and business branding.
