Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
After 2 weeks of many excuses, the owner finally came over to give me an estimate. After another 10 days with no estimate given but a lot more excuses, I now give up on this guy. Apparently he has a lot of business and doesn't need any more. Extremely unprofessional! Don't waste your time with this guy.
