Jim Miller received his undergraduate education at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, followed by training at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, Texas. Since graduation with a doctorate in dental surgery degree in 2010, he has been employed at local private practices serving the Burleson and Mansfield communities.

My daughter and I LOVE Ballard Family Dentistry. We've been to three other dentists in the area, and Ballard has made us feel "at home." They are so great with my 8 year old that she actually looks forward to going to the dentist now. The staff is friendly, polite, and accommodating. I recommend this place anytime someone is looking for a great dentist. They are so good, I even had a friend come from Haltom City, and she loved them too!

Unfortunately for her, my mom had to have most of her teeth pulled and have dentures. Because she is on a fixed income, we decided to go to a doctor that took her Medicare. The dentist seemed nice, so we decided to go ahead. It was half the quoted price of other places. It ended up being a nightmare. The dentures never fit. She had to use a tube of paste about every week. Also they were extremely painful and she could not eat. Finally when they broke, we were told they weren’t guaranteed. So we decided to go to Ballard Family Dentist. It was the best thing we could have done!!! Jason promised

This is easily the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Everyone immediately makes you feel as though you’re part of the family and going to be very well taken care of! They communicated every step and let me know what to expect through the entire performance. The office manager was so organized in checking to make sure she had all of my information to help with insurance costs and making sure I felt taken care of. The assistant walked me through my treatment plan with facts and options that made sense to even me. She wasted no time in making sure my appointments were booked and convenient

Everyone in the Burleson Ballard Family Dentistry office are always so nice and professional. They do their best to make everything they have to do easy and as comfortable as possible. I asked if there was time for a whitening and they were so nice to adjust their time to fit that in. Very nice to still see employees that are happy with their job and making their clients/customers happy, these days you get an employee who is annoyed with even the thought of helping a customer. This office is awesome! Thank you and I will see you in 6 months!

Dr Morrison was amazing! She was kind, informative and very gentle with my daughter. We felt very comfortable here. All of the ladies in the office are kind and helpful. It was so easy to schedule our appointments, and checkout was fast. Both of my daughters switched here from their pediatric dentist as they are older now, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. I definitely recommend Ballard Family dentistry if you are looking for a new dentist.

My first visit was definitely a winner. Alysa was my hygienist and I absolutely loved her!!! She was gentle but thorough. My dentist Dr. Miller was very kind. Both of them took the time to answer my questions (I always have a lot of them). Everything from the waiting area to the bathrooms to the offices were exceptionally clean. Overall this was a wonderful experience, and I already have a follow up appointment scheduled.
