I hope Ray did a good job of reinforcing the joists in the crawl space, but I can't go under the house to inspect, and I wouldn't know even if I could. I do know that it didn't help to level my floors. Ray and his crew applied floor leveling compound in the kitchen, half bath and hallway - which cracked. They returned to chip that all up and broke my new toilet in the process. They applied a different floor leveling compound; however, they couldn't get it level. Mr. Everett said he needed to be paid in full, and promised to come back after he consulted with someone on how to get a more even application

Ray and his crew did an excellent job on my home project. It was not a huge job and I was happy Ray was willing to make time to complete the project. He finished my small basement area with new ceiling, new closet, new windows, and new stairs. Additonally, he enclosed a door and attached a huge murphy bed to the wall for great stability. All jobs out of my DIY expertise. Ray's price was fair and reasonable, he started and completed the job when he said he would and it all looks great! Finally, he was easy to communicate with via phone calls and text messages. I never felt anxious or worried about

Ray and the whole Evert Construction team are very professional and do excellent work. They built a new garage for me and I can't say enough good things about the whole process. Ray took care of everything from permits to cleanup, and I could not be happier with the finished product. I will absolutely be calling on Ray and his team for future construction projects that I have in mind, and I highly recommend Evert Construction to anyone who needs work done and done well.

We highly recommend Evert Construction! Ray's crew removed old siding and installed new siding over our entire house, as well as custom-designed, cultured stone over the lower half of the front of the house. He repaired problems uncovered by the tear-off, including taping gaps that had appeared between insulation panels, bowed side-walls, and attic venting problems. He Installed new fully-vented soffits, gutters and down-spouts; wrapped windows and exterior doors, including the patio door, above which he repaired some water damage.
