My Highlander was blowing out coolant after long trips and my regular oil n lube place could not locate it. However, they did recommend North Hills Automotive for some other work. So, after the leak became prominent, I decided to give North Hills (Butler) a shot. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They found the cause of the leak and contacted me. Very clean and professional business. They are very knowledgeable and will note if they find anything wrong or something that could cause an issue in the future. Definitely have the best customer service in the automotive field. I didn’t feel pressured to get other issues fixed that they found. I will continue to take my vehicles to North Hills!

Had booked my car for specified service 2 weeks ago.
Took it to the North Hills Butler road for the service.
Called them to check if it was done - they said do u need it today? We don't know what had to be done. (They had called my husband to verify the things to be fixed)
I said I just wanted my car back. Will take it somewhere else.
They didn't offer me a ride there to pick it up - just 'fine get your car' zero customer service. Disappointed

I’ve been coming to North Hills for the last couple years. They do such a great job and feel like this is one of the only places I can trust. You never know what you’re getting when you go into a shop but this place i never have that uneasy feeling. Plus they have a shuttle to take you back to work or home.

I have always come to North Hills for all of my automotive needs. They are polite, kind, and genuine. Working in Customer Service myself I can appreciate the work these gentlemen do. Even though my car has gone through a lot they have always been by my side. Dedicated and reliable. I had some transmission work done to my car a few months ago, and when I came to pick it up I requested they replace my girlfriend's rear light if they had time. They replaced it, and didn't even charge me a cent. Now that's good customer service!

Outstanding car service and customer care: North Hills replaced the transmission in my car some years ago and found the best option at the best price for me. Their follow-up was also excellent. Last week my 2008 Ford Escape finally died. I had it towed to North Hills, and decided to purchase a new car. North Hills held my car until it could be towed, and Joey and team worked closely with my dealership during the towing process. This is probably one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. Anytime I have taken my car to a mechanic, it has been an unpleasant experience. When I arrived at North Hills they were professional, organized, and caring to their customers. Jacob Gamble the GM made sure that my concerns were taken into consideration and kept me updated on my cars progress. Not only was my car there for only two hours, they even had a shuttle service take me home, and pick me up to retrieve my car. The prices are low and they supplied all the parts that were necessary to repair my car

This location has duped my senior citizen father in law, Vietnam vet with Parkinson's Disease into dumping about $10k in repairs into what is likely a $1500 car over the past few years. They do the same expensive repairs over and over again without ever fixing the issue. They are currently holding a car hostage that was brought in for an oil change, saying the car will "blow up" within 2 miles of leaving their garage. I brought my car here for an alternator issue recently, and they wanted over $700 to replace the part! For an alternator!!! This place is a huge racket and their staff

I have been a customer of North Hills for 7 plus years. I will now be going elsewhere. Jay Ledbetter used to work at the Pelham Road location. He was always very nice, trust-worthy and I could count on him to get the job done right. Now they have new management, whom I can not say the same about . I have seen North Hill's integrity, quality and customer service at it's best, and sadly it is not what it used to be. I feel it is no longer different than any other car repair place around town. I talked to the owner's son and was very disappointed. I feel this business cares more

I took my car to North Hills Automotive on Butler Rd for an oil change & inspection. They called me back with a couple minor recommendations, which I OK'ed. They then checked my vehicle history and realized they had already performed one of the recommended services within the past year, so they did it for free and surprised me with $100+ off my bill when I came to pick up my car. This is the best mechanic I have ever used, and I feel such peace of mind knowing I'm not getting scammed into services I don't really need. Thank you for running your business with integrity!

Does North Hills Auto Sales have loyal fans? Yes. Am I one of them? No. I called North Hills on Butler Road for an oil change because I've lived in Greenville for 27 years and have heard how wonderful they were. I called for an appointment and came at my appointment time and waited, and waited and waited. It was an oil change, but seemed like they were doing so much more. And it was expensive. Yes, the people were nice and they had coffee; however, I will not go back. The only reason I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 is because I know they have very loyal fans; unfortunately, I am not one

It's always hard to find a good mechanic. It's almost impossible to find a great mechanic!
The manager at this North Hills shop is one of the nicest, most honest people I've ever met. I've been taking my cars for service at this location for the last ten years. Never had to take one back in because the job wasn't done right the first time.
