Pure Spa is my #1 go to spa in Dallas! It is in a great location and from the moment I walk in the door very relaxing from the music, kind and professional staff, and smells that relax and destress you. I have been going for years and have received treatments for laser hair removal, botox, and to get my hair colored. I highly recommend Pure Spa!

I can’t say enough good things about Pure Spa!! The staff is extremely helpful with explaining their services and so knowledgeable about the high end products for purchase. I had Botox treatment with Jeanie and she listened carefully to what I wanted and I’m so happy with the results! The whirlpool and sauna are the perfect place to relax! I always feel rejuvenated when leaving!!

Since I live in the area I decided to try out a new Spa! Hoping I can call this one home and come here on a regular basis… unfortunately not. The lady at the front didn’t explain to me about the membership they had or any specials. I was looking forward to great hospitality but just sadly disappointed. The shoes I had in my locker room were both for the left foot and the tub in the spa was wayy too hot to even get in. I came in 30 mins to enjoy these things but really couldn’t enjoy any of them. To top it off there was a DEAD COCKROACH in the relaxing room! The massage I received was okay

I love Pure Spa and Salon. I've been going for hair services, manicures and massages for years. On my last visit, I made a note of the sign on the door stating masks were required, and made sure I was masked when I went in. However, NONE of the staff were wearing a mask that day. I did my part, Pure. Why not do more to protect your customers? That's the reason I deducted a star.

I really love this place. I go here for massages because I love the Waterhouse. Sitting in their community Waterhouse room is relaxing, relaxing, clean, never busy and beautiful. But today I am taking time to write a review because of the salon, which I have always had a great experience in also! I want to mention stylist Mallory K. For me, going to the salon is a treat and usually my treatments last hours. Like I said, I have had a great experience with mostly every stylist I have ever had an appointment with and I love sitting in that salon, even for hours. But Mallory has probably hooked me

I love this place. It was beyond my expectations. I did not know about the Water House and did not bring my swim suit but next time I will do it for sure. I truly recommend the massage and the body wrap and ofc the pedicure. Caroline did my pedicure and she is the nicest person ever. This place is a hidden gem in Dallas!!!

I love this spa. The staff and all of their services never disappoint. They truly thought about every detail. The Waterhouse is a great place to relax and you won’t find one like in the Dallas area. You get a nice glass of wine and relaxation while you wait for your treatment or after you are done. I am now a monthly member and it’s the best decision I have made!

My pedicure was fine, everything went well. Relaxing. Except asked for matte black, she told me she had it but when we were done they were shiny.
My acrylics though... I would not suggest getting anything like that here. They definitely are a spa... I would suggest going to an actual nail salon. I asked for coffin and got oval ended rectangles... I had to buff and file it out the shape myself (both hands) to fix it. Even though I showed photos of what I want. She said she doesn't do acrylics often and has not done this shape often.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I was wrongly charged by the aesthetician and will not be going back. She charged me $150.00 OVER what was listed on the website and was quoted to me by the receptionist. I called to discuss and was given the run around and she blamed the front desk girls saying they didn't know pricing! It's on the WEBSITE!! . Awful customer service. Too many salons in Dallas for dishonest charging. I cancelled future appointments.

I have been into Pure two times. The amenities they have are wonderful for the price. My first time here was AMAZING! The massage was excellent and I loved relaxing in the sauna afterwards.
This time was very different. The therapist was very scattered brained from the moment she took me back from the waiting area. I truly think she was on drugs by how she was acting. It made me a little uncomfortable, but I figured maybe it was just me or she was having an off day.

I love going to see Katie and look forward to my appointments. This place feels like a little getaway. You get a free glass of wine, and Katie does an AMAZING job with my hair.

Katie listens and does either exactly what I say, or (my favorite) will give her advice on what we should do, and then does exactly that. I never have any surprises- which is exactly how I like hair cut services to go.

This is so far our favorite spa in Dallas! After our first visit here, we ended up signing up to become a member! I love that they have a water house that you can use before your service, this includes the hot tub, sauna room, and a shower. They also have tea/wine for you to enjoy while you wait as well. I have come here for the traditional massage and hot stone massage. The massage therapists are great and I always come out feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend this spa for massages.

I usually come here for a mani and pedi but received a birthday certificate and decided to use it toward a Brazilian wax. I was very skeptical at first because the lady pulled out a strip to pull the wax and I'm used to hard wax only. However, I quickly learned that strips are the way to go (at least with my lady - Sommer). I barely experienced any pain (and I haven't waxed in 2 months), she was extremely nice and we were done within 20-25 minutes. After the wax, she provided me with a glass of wine and a robe to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. I'll definitely be getting my waxes completed

My favorite spa in Dallas! Luxury at such a reasonable price and you get what you pay for! Water room is so relaxing with the heated spa and steam room. Everything is so nice. Leona and Michelle were an amazing masseuses. They definitely know what they're doing. Left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and not ripped off!

This was a great experience even though I didn't get the full experience of the wet room or sauna. The mani pedi package was pretty good and the providers were awesome. From the initial greeting and hot chocolate too the service and conversation everything was good. I was personally escorted too the wet area and became upset because I forgot my wetsuit. When I return I will definitely try the wet area.

I researched for quite awhile to find a spa offering the right mix of services and relaxation area. I took a small group here for my friend's bachelorette weekend. We had massages, body wraps, and pedicures. All of the services were excellent. The water house is great and offers a nice area for lounging in between services. I will definitely return here next time I'm in Dallas.

Mmmmm. I struggled writing this review. The two stars is for the amazing eucalyptus mask, the hot stone massage for my pedicure, and the personal kindness of the employees. But, I think their prices are too high, and I'm a little disappointed with the quality of my mani pedi.

I bought the Groupon for their Hot Stone Mani-Pedi for two, which was $100, and Groupon was running a deal for $20 off, so I got the Groupon for $80, which meant my friend and I each only paid $40 for our spa services, but I would have paid way more because I loved Pure!
