I have never had a positive experience with a auto repair shop until I called them they were so professional . Marissa explained my warranty information got a rental set up for me and the car was done earlier that the date given my fiancé picked up my car and asked for it to be put on the lift so he can check the work, and he told me they did a great job ..I would highly recommend them !!

This is our second experience and it was a good one just like the first. Got a couple of new tires, routine maintenance, alignment, and all was done in a professional and timely manner. Chad and the team were very friendly and kept me posted on the progress of the vehicle. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Premiere Auto in Cape Coral.

First of all I agree with the other reviews that they are very friendly. My disappointment came when I brought my Audi in for a coolant leak. When I called, and dropped the vehicle off, I gave them all the information I had on the issue and the car. At no time did they tell me they can’t fix Audis. So, they take a look at the car then call and tell me they can’t see the leak because of its location and that I need to take it to a different mechanic. Yet they still charged me to look over the car. I felt that was unprofessional. They should of been upfront like other mechanics about whether

We’ve been here many times since moving to Cape Coral. They are thorough, always on time when you schedule your work and above all, honest. For the second time, I’ve gone to them and they have been honest and nice enough to tell me that it’s still covered by my drive train warranty and even called Buick to verify that.

COSTCO CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I went into this shop after I had checked with the Costco automotive website as this was one of two recommended shops in the Cape Coral area. I was having issues with my 2010 Ford Expedition transmission shifting poorly. After obtaining the diagnosis for the problem and being advised that they recommended replacing the transmission for approximately $7000, Premier Auto Service Center, refused to honor the 15% Costco coupon for the diagnosis stating that it was only for work performed on the vehicle.
