Your Team/Staff where Outstanding upon First Entrance of your Establishment, Derrick was very welcoming and Inviting he prepped us with Robes, Sandals/Slippers , and Lockers for personal items. I absolutely love Pure Vichy! The atmosphere is so fun and relaxing, and they have the nicest employees! I’ve been to several spas over the years but never felt both welcome and appreciated except for at this spa. Tatiana is the best esthetician in the world and does absolute magic on my face and skin! She and Ronald are the best massage therapists too…. If you are looking for a fantastic spa, I can’t recommend Pure Vichy enough!!

This place is very sketchy looking, once inside its like an old office building. I felt so uncomfortable that I started to feel anxious. I thought it was going to be a lovely River Oaks spa, the website looked like it would be. Nope. After waiting 15 minutes after my for my appointment was supposed to start, my anxiety kept growing until I finally decided to walk out. The receptionist asked if there was anything they could do and I said no, so he said they would charge half for the cancelation.

You can get everything done without leaving && let's not mention the professionalism from their staff ! SIMPLY AMAZING ! My last stop by was just a week ago when I went with a couple of friends to enjoy mimosas , facials , massages && PEACE & QUIET ! It was a great birthday present && I can't wait to visit again !!

I absolutely love this spa. I come here for the majority of my beauty needs. The decor and new expansion is so beautiful and the ambience has always been nothing but calm and peaceful. Today I went in for a Brazilian Wax and when I tell you that I am so dramatic when it comes to waxing simply from the torture of going to other waxers. Julie assured me that this would not hurt I still braced myself for pain after she did one side I asked is that it, she responded with yes! I was like wow you are absolutely right it didn't hurt. She is so thorough and gets the fine hairs that are left back after using the wax. I found my new wax girl Julie!! Book your appointment with her I promise you won't be disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place! I had heard soo many good things and had even started following them via Instagram. First time, I went for a Brazilian because they used hard wax, which is typically less painful. But, the wax wouldn't cool it was sticking to her glove and it turned into the most painful waxing experience of my life. But, alas I decided to try again. This time for a massage. Turns out the system had a glitch and in route to my Saturday afternoon massage I get a call saying the massage shouldn't have been booked on this day and they're unsure how it happened. At

Great Service for an amazing price. I was immediately greeted by the owner of the spa and offered my drink of choice. My appointment begin within 5 minutes of arriving in a very comfortable and private room. It was a very peaceful environment and the service was performed with precision. The end result was beautiful. No mascara needed!!! Thanks Pure Strandz!!!
