They prepared my taxes for 2019. My taxes were filed 2 months late from the date I submitted my paperwork, which was well organized; I am an accountant myself so I know what it takes to have documents organized especially for taxes. We've complicated returns and that's why we have always used CPA service before them. So in addition to late filing, they charged me with a bill way higher than my past CPAs...Upon inquiry they were not able to provide me with their standard charge sheet, what was provided was a run down on the numbers making up for the total. We recently received a letter from the IRS with a $2,000 fine and a threat to seize our assets. This was due to one of mutiple mistakes Bottom Line made on our taxes, and refuses to correct.
Don't let the fancy lettering on the side of the building fool you. This place is ameture hour on steroids.
The guy that runs the show isn't even a CPA if you can believe that!
Getting church friends to post fake positive reviews is pretty low too.
Save your money, your sanity and your reputation. Hire a company that actually knows what they're doing.
