Aside from a delay, which arguably was due do a family emergency, not only was fast track, not fast, but my gripe is really that the actual quality of the appraisal was not done very well. While Ken did a thorough job measuring the home and looking at it, I feel that the effort put into selecting comparable homes was extremely weak. Shortly after this was done I interviewed 4 different realtors, each and everyone of them thought the house would easily sell for at least $20,000 more than what fast track appraised it at. Add to that, that the house actually sold for $35,000 more than their appraisal

Ken worked with my schedule and provided and extremely comprehensive appraisal of my property with a multitude of comparables. Communication was always quick and the final deliverable was received much faster than past appraisals. I got my go to appraiser now!
