I would stay away. There is no actual care here. Everything about this place just feels so insincere. There are one or two young people there that seem to be caring individuals but the rest of the staff including the vet, and especially KATHY are just "cold", rude people.
I had the paw plan and live less than a mile away so I made regular visits here. I gave them an entire year to work out their "new business processes" but they just have bad office culture and/or no management. Every time I called it was like they never heard of me and had no knowledge of my two dogs

I just left from this vet office and I'm furious! I have been going to them for about a year now and I pay $50 a month for the paw plan and have paid them hundreds of dollars for services for my pet. They called me a few weeks ago to come and pick up the flea & tick prevention medicine for my pet. However last week, they called because my automatic payment did not go through and I explained to them that I had experienced identity fraud and was awaiting a new card. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the refill and was told that I could not get it because I was a month past due. I

We just started taking our baby Vizsla here . People have different experiences with this vet . Ours has been awesome. They have been very caring . I dealt with one assistant that couldn't provide correct information. I refused to continue talking to her . The doctor called me back and answered all my questions. She even stayed late to give me what my puppy needed . People aren't perfect. But if you communicate calmly you get what you need . They call and check on our fur baby . We are very happy !

DO NOT take your pet here. If you do, please go in with them. I took my 3 month old puppy here and they said they had a hard time cutting her nails and that she had a bad reaction to the shots she had so she was in pain in her arms. Turns out the pain was in her belly and 24 hrs later my dog almost died. She could not breathe and needed to have surgery for a diaphragmatic hernia which the surgeon said was caused by trauma. She had a fresh blood clot in her hernia which means it was recent. My puppy has not had any trauma at home. Only time she left my side was at river run hospital. Now they are
