Reckless driving is defined as "Driving a motor vehicle with willful or wanton disregard for the safety of other people and property." Florida has very strict laws when it comes to Reckless Driving. Reckless Driving is considered a criminal offense in the state of Florida. To begin with, reckless driving and careless driving are two different offenses that are both dealt with differently.
Florida DUI laws are strict. DUI is an offense to the law, which occurs when someone is driving a vehicle under the influence of a substance which impairs one normal abilities to drive a vehicle. This is usually proven by having blood-alcohol levels of 0.08 or higher, or the impairing of normal abilities.

There are various consequences for getting a "No Valid Driver's License" while driving a motor vehicle in the state of Florida.
In Florida, the term battery means: Any actual and intentional touching or striking of another person against that person's will (non-consensual), or the intentional causing of bodily harm to another person. Where there are no aggravating factors or enhancements at play (such as use of a weapon, serious bodily injury, or domestic violence) the offense is known as "simple battery" or "misdemeanor battery."
