I recently sold my Tampa townhouse after renting it out for 15 years. I used First in Real Estate Services to manage my property for most of that time. I was 100% satisfied with this service and highly recommend them to any property owner. This company found tenants, managed the property, provided very cost effective maintenance people when required, collected the rent, renewed leases (always getting great rent and rent increases) and then listed and sold the property for me when I was ready to sell. They were professional, cheerful and on top of everything. If you are an owner do yourself a favor

She stuck with me through a number of challenges including issues with buyer financing, the HOA, the condo association, repairs, buyer demands (both reasonable and unreasonable), and a host of other problems that threatened to derail our deals. I highly recommend Amanda Kaplan for your real estate needs. She is knowledgeable in her field. She is honest and hard working. She really takes the stress away for the seller.
