As a co-owner with my husband of Leading Edge Chiropractic & Acupuncture, my goal is to provide optimal health care to the residents of Sioux Falls and surrounding areas to help you achieve and maintain the highest level of health possible. In order to better serve my pregnant clients, I advanced my training to be a certified Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner. Spinning Babies Aware is a regimen that promotes comfort in pregnancy. It also helps position babies to a more optimal fetal position by lessening tension in the muscles and ligament surrounding the womb.

I started seeing Dr. Nicole about 7 months ago now and I have nothing but good things to say about her. From the first consult I already knew she was going to be great. She actually listened to my concerns and wanted to know more about my problem areas. She genuinely cares about your health and well being. She is pleasant every single time and every time I go in I feel heard and respected. I am so thankful to have found a chiropractor that cares for me as a person and listens to my concerns. To top it off, the receptionists are also friendly, and actually remember your name!

I have been having tremendous back pain from work and my workouts. I had such a bad muscle tear that it put me out of work for almost a month. I did not fully heal, but was managing through the pain. My doctor recommended leading edge, but mainly the acupuncture. Nicole has been amazing and I have only been 2x! She knew exactly where my pain was and is working with me to heal my body and work through pain I wasn’t even aware I was feeling. I’m very grateful for the recommendation and Leading Edge for getting my body back on track!

Dr. Nicole is amazing and one of my favorite chiropractors after seeing many for the last 25 years of my life. I have fibromyalgia and had two major car accidents many years ago. She was my savior this past winter, especially with acupuncture. I have now started taking my daughter to her for headaches and it has helped tremendously. I would highly recommend her. She has a great personality and is extremely thorough with every visit. If you're not sure about acupuncture, try it! I have been doing it for years and it makes a huge difference depending on your symptoms!!! I have used it for body pain

With my pregnancy I was so uncomfortable - both from old injuries flaring up and all the changes associated with pregnancy. My midwife recommended Nicole and what a difference she made!! I don't know how I would have dealt with the back and rib pain without her. I cannot recommend her enough! She clearly has a lot of experience with pregnant patients and I always felt safe in her care.

Highly recommend Dr. Nicole for pre and post-natal chiropractic care and acupuncture for both mom and baby! I first started seeing Dr. Nicole over 2.5 years ago when I was expecting my first son and I’ve continued care throughout, now with my second son as a newborn.

Nikki at Leading Edge Chiropractic is amazing!!! After listening to my best friend for a year talk about going to her I tried it out and now I’ve gone twice a week for the last 2 months or so. I can't recommend this place more highly. I've never seen a chiropractor before and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. Since about 3 months of pregnancy I've had progressive severe pain in my SI joints that got to the point where I haven't been able to straighten my legs when lying down for months. I had resigned myself to this just being part of pregnancy. Due to a a move, I got a new midwife a few weeks ago who suggested I see Dr. Nicole. She spent time listening to exactly what my symptoms were and asking questions about the triggers. She then adjusted me while explaining everything

Nicki, is amazing. I come in to her office broken like humpty dumpty from my physical job and she puts me back together again. She does acupuncture on me 1st and puts the electric stimulators on the needles. She has a refreshing intuitive touch. She has many different techniques she offers. She's very thorough and spends a decent amount of time on you. She has a way of going right to your trigger points and does some kind of range of motion pressure point tecnique. I always feel so much better after a visit with her. She's one of the best out there.
