The best flat tire experience!!! Traveling out of town had a flat tire in Hattiesburg. Called lil tire shoppe and he said. We don’t normally do this but I am on my way”. Kevin showed up very shortly. He took the tire back to his shop, fixed it, put it back on, and we were on our way all in less than 30 minutes! He would not even accept a tip! Professional! Honest and genuine! Qualities that you don’t find often these days.

Went here to get tune in June last year they charge me 680 for put wrong part in my Nissan Mauro car went back told them this year what happen to my car. Has bring to firestone these me put wrong sparks plug in my car they use the cheapest one but charge me 3x more then they was worth then on top of that my tune up didn't last it went out before it was time to get check June of 2021. So people PLEASED DONOT GO HERE THEY WILL DO YOU WRONG ESPECIAL US WOMEN YES I'm filing a lawsuit

"It'll be about an hour and a half," said the person behind the counter when my wife came in to get tires put on our vehicle. It LITERALLY took 4.5 hours. You read that right. FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. They apologized and said one of their tire machines broke. There was no attempt to make it right. I do NOT recommend doing business here if you work for a living.

Great service thanks guys, I thought that I needed new brakes and rotors, but after you inspected them you said everything was fine, saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Thanks for being honest. This little shop has worked on my truck's Air conditioning system a few times and fully honored their warranty on their work. They do good work at a fair price and I praise them for that.
Their online site allowed me to make an appointment to have some work done on a Saturday, which I kept and discovered that they are Closed on Saturday.
I was truly disappointed in that customer service oversight.
I hope they have fixed their website to disallow appointments for times when they are not actually open for business.

After minimal tire wear on the outside of my tires I figured it was about time for an alignment on my F-150. I called around and LTS had the best price for a basic front end alignment so that’s where I went.
I dropped off my truck and less than an hour later I received a call saying that I needed to replace all four ball joints and tie rods on the front end of the truck and it was going to cost over $1,000. Mind you, on my truck the entire control arm must be replaced to change the upper ball joints. 😳 I went in for an $80 alignment, and had absolutely no steering issues or symptoms

This is absolutely the best place to take your car repair, oil change, or to get new tires.
Totally honest people work @ Lil' Tire Shoppe and will let you know what you need to have done or if you might be able to get by without having something done.

These folks right here took very good care of me. I showed up like 20 minutes before time to close and they still patched my tire no problem and they were even willing to stay late and do something else for me. These folks get a 10 star rating! Lol 😁 Bless everything they do according to your word Jesus, Amen. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The only reason they get one star is because I had to select something. I purchased a tire a while back from them. My car was still new. I got home and realized they did not put my green (nitrogen) valve stem cap back on. I had to go back and make them find it and give it back to me. Now, 8000+ miles later, I go to have my tires rotated, and the wheel lock key they put "back" in my trunk is not the one that unlocks my bolts. So, i now have to pay to replace them!!!!!! If I had a flat tire, I'd have to have my car towed. I would not be able to change my tire. Livid!!!!!! Do NOT use

My husband and I recently took our car there to have quotes done on the major issues that needed fixing on our car, which they gave. It was determined that the ball bearings and a cv axle needed replacing on the front end of the car. They quoted us 600.00 (which seems like an overkill considering 425.00 of the price was labor charges, but hey, I can't fix it myself as I am a pregnant woman whose husband works offshore. That's the price of convenience I suppose, which is fine. That's not what ticks me off!) Luckily, I had the quote in hand the day I dropped the car off to be fixed

Six months after purchasing tires from Lil' Tire Shoppe, I suffered a blowout. When I went to get the spare out of the trunk, it was nowhere to be seen. Lil' Tire Shoppe had never placed it back in the trunk.
I spent 4 hours sitting on the side of the highway in the middle of Arkansas waiting for AAA to get me rolling again. When I asked Lil' Tire Shoppe for my spare or a replacement, they shrugged their shoulders and offered me nothing. After several years of giving them my business, they pissed my business away over a $25 donut spare.
Generally had no complaints until that
