I read the reviews before I used this business and I have to say that I was really impressed and pleased with the customer service the prices and the extra care. My daughters car was sitting after the Corona virus started and had her precious memories of her grandmother in the trunk. They stored it on the inside and me being from north Carolina they kept me up to date and made sure that it was a great ride home..... Just for the information Mr.Daniel the radio was fine it was the fuse beside the radio itself. I really appreciate you and your support ❤

I am a single parent and my children have 2 Dr. appointments as well as an activity today. Since Daniel's is less that 2 miles from my home I called to see wait time for a state inspection. I was told that I could get right in. I immediate left and find out that there is a 2 hour wait. Honesty goes a long way (Especially in an industry known for a lack of honesty). You will never get any of my business again.

This place is very knowledgeable and doesn't look for things to "fix". When you call they give you an estimate based on what was said over the phone, when they look at it they tell you what the real estimate is. They don't do the work until they have the ok. They don't surprise you with new changes when you go to pick up. If they see something else while working they will let you know about it. They don't do work you didn't ask for and then expect to be paid for it. But sometimes they may see a missing clip and just put it on. This is the place my dad went to and it is the place where I go as well

I do a lot of my own work, but when there is a job that is too big or I just don't want to do it myself, I take it to Daniel's and have been for years. They are the only place I trust to do the work as well as I would myself. They provide fair prices and quality work. I also like that they will allow me to bring in the parts that I want to be used and just charge me the normal labor. Sometimes I can get the parts a little cheaper, I can get a specific brand that I want, or I can buy Autozone replacement parts with a lifetime warranty. They are pleased to install these for me. I've been coming to Daniel's Auto Care for about one year now. Every time the provide me with excellent service. I went in not sure what was wrong with my keyhole and they ran their own diagnostic report and didn't even charge me. Even though they weren't able to fix it, I appreciated that they didn't charge me out the a$$ for labor, whole the dealership i called said $109 for the report, $288 for labor, who knows what for the part.......seriously? Anyway, they're always kind and honest and their service is greatly appreciated! Thank you gentleman for being so helpful

I've been taking my cars to Mike, Ron and Myron for years now. After being flat out ripped off by dealers and others in town, I found them to be extremely honest with fair prices. They do not oversell like dealers do, they don't add on other allegedly "absolute must do or your car will die" type situations. In fact, they have told me on more than one occasion, "No, you don't need to do that. Save your money." That's honesty, and that's why I keep going back. I've also never had to take my car back to have them fix any problems that occurred

These guys give you straight information that will get your car fixed in a hurry and for the least cost! And they stand behind their work!! They sell tires and a fix cars. They can do a safety inspection sticker in a flash! They're also hardwired into the myCARFAX system, Therefore, you can check your repair history on your smart phone at any time. This makes it easy for me to keep track of the maintence that's due on my cars. What a great idea! Fantastic and HONEST!

Daniel's Auto Care came highly recommended and although I was a little hesitant to trust them with my Toyota Camry because they haven't been reviewed in the last couple of years, thus far I am completely at ease. Amazing service, I took my Mazda 3 in and needed to replace a tire, and he did research and found me a good price and was super helpful! I felt like he was on my side and trying to help me get back on the road for a reasonable price and not trying to charge me for pricey repairs I didn't need. A lot of my coworkers went here as we'll and all had a really good experience! Even if he is busy he will take the time to talk to you and explain everything. We drive from Alexandria to take our car there and it is worth it!

This place is horrible!!! took my mothers car there to get it diagnosed (knowing it has multiple issues) the engine was running rough and we needed to know what it was and get it fixed asap. these people put 2 quarts of oil in her car, flooding it, and told her that all she needed was and engine air filter. NOTHING else, even though we KNOW that there are many things wrong with it. what a bunch of HACKS!!!! we had white smoke pouring out of the engine about 10mins away from the shop. NEVER EVER take your car here unless you want them to blow it up!!!!!

I went to this place in a bind after someone let the air of my tires. They instantly got my car in, assessed the damage and gave me a quote for new tires. I was hesitant to buy that day so they were able to repair the tire I have for the time being and got several written quotes from them. I honestly don't know too much about cars, so I can't tell if I'm being ripped off...that being said, my Dad knows cars. And he swears by this place. It is the only place i go where I feel like I don't have a giant target on my head saying, "take advantage of me." They are honest, their work is top quality (according to my Dad anyways), they are fast, and they are friendly.
