I have been taking all of my pups here for a while now and they are great. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable! Today, I took one of mine in for a shot and she did not do the best, but the staff was so patient and comforting to her. She had an accident in floor as well and they told me not to worry about it and took care of it right away. They really do just go above and beyond and I can’t imagine taking my babies anywhere else! Thank you guys for everything!

Trying to charge 950$ for a surgery. called a different vet to get a second opinion because they said the dog needed to be surrendered if the surgery couldn't be afforded... another vet said they would do everything for 250$. then HBVC said they would do the surgery for 300$.
now they are trying their best to overcharge for a re-stitching that they… didn't do right the first time (I'm assuming to compensate for the money they didn't get for the previous surgery amount) and blaming it on the dog being too active when he uses the bathroom, eats, and lays down. no strenuous activity has been

The vet visit was pretty fast. Both of my dogs needed numerous treatments and we were done in about 40 minutes. I was skeptical about the curb side assistance for a vet but it was a great experience. They explained everything over the phone before and after the dogs visit. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice. I will continue to bring my pups and any future animal to this vet.

*** STAY AWAY !! The only thing they do is charge. My cat was very old (19) and couldn't walk anymore and lost all bowel control. Made the appointment to put him down. No compassion at all. The vet tech said I cant touch him because I'm pregnant (well if you can't be around animal when your pregnant maybe you shouldn't work in a animal clinic) The… vet said just by feeling around that he had thyroid cancer, but If we had brought him in last year, maybe we could have helped him, (essentially calling us bad owners) (He was a totally inside cat, never went outside).H went quickly and they slipped
